We have strived to create an online flower store that displays the best possible flowers available in town, we also strive to both have the best customer service, and best flower products possible.
We have created below a list of our terms and conditions for you to peruse. We have had this written up and on display so that our customers have a far better understanding of what we do, who we are, and where we stand on issues such as security, deliveries, returns, and even refunds.
When you have a flower delivery order through us
All our flower range is available for same day delivery, except on Sundays when we are closed. The time we deliver flowers on a Sunday is for Mother's Day.
Delivery cost
We charge a $12 fee for all flower orders. Delivery is usually more than this but we subsidise part of the cost to keep it down.
How you can pay
You can pay using either PayPal, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. All online transaction incur a very small transaction fee. If you order flowers by calling us you will not be charged a fee. Fees are Visa & MasterCard 1%, PayPal 1.5%, and American Express 3%. These are also viewable on our checkout page.
Same day delivery
We deliver same day flowers. We do not guarantee delivery times. Although we do offer same day delivery there are instances where we may not be able to do that. For example, if there has been an error with the delivery details, the address isn’t safe to leave the flowers, perhaps there is a dog at the premises, it’s an block of units/apartments and the flowers cannot be left.
We’re sorry but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes in Mackay.
Confirming your order
Let’s say that you order flowers online, you get the confirmation email, and pick up that you have made an error. If the order is for the day you placed the order, you must call us within 30 minutes of placing the order to make the change. Or, hit the Live Chat button and we will do our best to remedy it for you.
Extra Products
They cannot be ordered without ordering flowers.
If you have a complaint about a product you must reply to us about that product within 24 hours of the flowers being delivered. To ensure our best efforts in reviewing a product please provide us with a photograph of the product so that we can investigate the issue for you.
If the flowers were not delivered for some reason, please let us know by phoning  no more then one day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered.

Who can order with us  
You must be at least 18 years old to order with us, or you must be in the presence of an adult to order flowers. If you are ordering flowers for someone, and that order contains alcohol products, that person must provide identification upon receiving the gift.
